BUSINESS LETTER

Business letter is a letter used by people or entities that conduct business activities such as trade, industry, and business services.

1.
Letter head
To make it easier to know the name and address of the office / organization or other information about the agency, organization or agency that sent the letter.

Attachment

Greeting
"Greeting" or salutasi is a sign of respect authors before starting talks.
But for a formal letter / offices typically do not need to be given the greeting. Commercial greeting on the letter is commonly used words: With respect, you ........ Dear, Dear Mr .........,
Greeting for personal correspondence / general usually influenced by local customs or religious affiliation.

Contents Letter (body of the letter)
The letter also called the body of the letter consists of the opening paragraph, and the paragraph cover letter.

People often confuse the use of the word "joint" and "with it" in writing.

Contents Letter
Fill or principal actual letter contains something told, reportedly, asked, requested or other things presented to the recipients of the letter sender.
To avoid misinterpretations and for efficiency, the letter should be brief, clear, concise and respectful. Avoid writing long sentences and long-winded. The sentence in the letter must meet the standard rules of the Indonesian language. For example, do not let a sentence without a subject or just consisted of the testimony where it (read the terms of good letters).

Closing Paragraph
Concludes and serves as a key or confirmation letter.
In the closing paragraph usually contains expectations or sending a thank you letter to the recipients of the letter and the talk is finished. Example:

The letter (body of the letter)
